This condo renovation for a young couple passionate about music, festivals, festivity in general & being foodies. Living spaces were created with gatherings in mind, and the overall material pallette reflects their youthful energy. The aesthetic was also influenced by creative way to cost save. Economical chic. In lieu of custom millwork, Ikea cabinets were covered with stylish door & drawer fronts, and existing fixture locations remained in the same place to avoid costly plumbing work. Less expensive materials such as plain small format ceramic tile was installed in custom patterns to create more visual interest and a custom look.
