Tada is the Architecture and design work of Tara Hagan and Danny Abalos.
Tara holds a B.Sc. Arch and an M. Arch I degree from McGill University in Montreal, QC. While completing her undergraduate degree she was awarded first prize in both the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) Architectural Student Design Competition and the Murdoch Laing Housing Design Competition. She is a registered architect and has received certification from the National Council for Architectural Registration Boards.
Tara has 10 years of experience, specializing in a wide range of residential typologies. At ROART she was the interior design lead for multiple multifamily residential projects including 170 W 10 and The Benny. While at Bjarke Ingels Group she worked on VIA / West 57th Street which has won numerous awards including Interior Design’s 2016 Best of Year Winner for Residential Lobby / Amenity.

Danny holds a B.Sc. Arch degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and has been a registered architect in the state of New York and member of the American Institute of Architects since 2016. After graduating he moved to New York where he worked at Asymptote Architecture for 5 years and at SHoP Architects as a Senior Associate for 8 years on a number of large scale local and international developments.
Danny has played prominent roles in a number of award winning mixed use projects, contributing intelligent design and innovative insight on every phase of the project from concept to completion. While at Asymptote, Danny worked on numerous large scale commercial and hospitality projects including the Formula 1 racetrack bridging Yas Hotel in Abu Dhabi. While at SHoP Architects he worked on projects ranging in scale from pavilions to master plans including two award winning mixed use office projects, Midtown Center and The Wharf Parcels 6&7 in Washington D.C.
